I’ve spent my career following a curiosity about human behavior: how we form relationships with each other and the products we use, what makes us trust something (or someone), and how we make decisions when the path isn’t clear. That curiosity has shaped my work across consumer products and marketplaces, relationship research, community building, and media that has reached millions.
Today, I’m especially interested in how technology shapes the way we connect with others and the world around us. As AI becomes increasingly embedded in our everyday experiences, I’m interested in designing products that people can trust, that give them agency, and that enhance meaningful human connection.

TaskRabbit Homepage Redesign
Hiring someone you found online to work in your home comes with a different set of considerations than many other services.Customers wanted more evidence that Taskers had the skills, experience, and tools to do the job well, while also wondering what would happen if something went wrong. The homepage needed to do more than help people find a service; it needed to reduce uncertainty and give customers confidence that they were making the right choice.
